Facepainting
Louise Lear is a fully accredited and insured face and body artist, and a member of FACE. All the paints used are approved by the FDA
and EU for use on the face and body, are cruelty free hypoallergenic and wash off easily with soap and water. Travelling all over the UK,
she has probably appeared at an event near you.
'MAKIN' FACES!' was begun in 1991 with a collaboration of talents between Louise Lear and Louise Hampson for an event at an Oxfordshire stately
home. They quickly found themselves in demand for parties and themed events, and 'Makin' Faces!' has gone from strength to strength ever since,
attending store openings, corporate functions, product launches and promotions. 'Makin' Faces!' has also helped to raise funds and awareness for
a number of childrens charities. In fact, whatever the event, large or small, whether you need a team of painters or just one, Louise can tailor
a package to suit you.
Want To Learn How?
Face painting is fun, but more so if you use the right tools for the job! If you want to have a go, avoid the paints sold as toys, or worse still,
the crayons! They are difficult to remove, difficult to get on in the first place and give patchy results.
For the best results, use a professional paints such as Snazaroo or Grimas, and visit www.snazaroo.com to learn more about face painting from painters
all over the world. Ask Louise and many other painters for their help and advice on any aspect of face and body art, and submit pictures of your own
work.
Louise also gives guided workshops, covering the equipment you need, all the basic techniques of face painting, and some simple yet stunningly effective
designs to start you off. Schools, youth groups and community projects have all benefited from these sessions - call or mail Louise now and increase
your skill base by having fun!
